# Shadowrocket无法正常使用恢复方法

首先，出现这类问题的用户，基本是**移动运营商网络**。  
近期移动网络有较频繁的阻断现象。

请务必使用 **Safari 浏览器** 打开我们的教程页面，然后点击：

导入成功后，通常即可恢复使用。

随后更新一下Shadowrocket的订阅

按照下方教程的操作即可实现手动更新订阅，获取最新节点

更新订阅时一定要是未连接状态，如果是连接状态可能会更新失败

1. 删除 Shadowrocket  
2. 重新下载我们网站 [Catpro](https://catpro.uk)（点击即可进入）  
3. 严格按照教程重新设置一遍（教程内有详细步骤可参考）
